Job summary

Adeeshi Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead software delivery for Delhi-NCR based clients. You will own project plans, timelines, and budgets end-to-end, serving as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires hands-on Agile delivery experience, PMP or CSM is a plus, and strong communication to coordinate across engineering, QA, and design.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing software/technology projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks; PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with PM tooling (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own project charters, delivery timelines, and resource plans across client engagements in Delhi-NCR.
• Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client status reviews.
• Track scope, risks, dependencies, and budget burn; escalate before blockers.
• Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders on day-to-day delivery matters.
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, and design to keep delivery unblocked.
• Report project health, velocity, and milestones to leadership and clients.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own project charters, delivery timelines, and resource plans across one or more client engagements based in Delhi-NCR
• Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and client status reviews
• Track scope, risks, dependencies, and budget burn; escal… before they become blockers
• Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders on day-to-day delivery matters
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, and design functions to keep delivery unblocked
• Report project health, velocity, and milestones to Adeeshi Solutions and client leadership
