Job summary

Adeeshi Solutions, India, is seeking a Delivery Manager to own delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfaction across multiple engagements. This senior program-management role focuses on governance, team utilization, and client outcomes for IT services work.

You will partner with Project Managers to address staffing gaps, manage renewals and escalations, and drive continuous improvement in processes, estimation accuracy, and margins.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in delivery or program management within IT services or tech consulting.
• Proven multi-team, multi-client delivery portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models; delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery health across multiple projects and Delhi-NCR client accounts.
• Set up delivery governance: reporting cadence, quality gates, escalation frameworks, SLAs.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery health across multiple projects and Delhi-NCR client accounts simultaneously
• Set up delivery governance: reporting cadence, quality gates, escalation frameworks, and SLAs
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve staffing gaps, scope creep, and delivery risk
• Own client relationship health for delivery conversations, including renewals and escalations
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, estimation accuracy, and margin
• Mentor and upskill Project Managers and delivery leads across the organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-12 years in delivery management, program management, or engagement management, ideally within IT services or a technology consulting environment
• Proven track record managing multi-team, multi-client delivery portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, and delivery metrics (velocity, CSAT, utilization, margin)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP is a plus
