Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and maintain BRD/FRD/SRS documentation.
• Convert WBS into sprint-ready deliverables with ownership and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify expectations and manage risks.
• Maintain PMO governance, RAID logs, and compliance records.
• Provide weekly/fortnightly project reviews and reporting for visibility.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Project Manager (PMO) to drive project execution discipline, requirements clarity, sprint management, documentation ownership, and delivery governance across engineering-led programs.

This role is critical to ensuring structured execution, operational visibility, QMS compliance, and predictable delivery outcomes while working closely with engineering, development, and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, process-driven, high-accountability environments and possess strong project execution and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Documentation Ownership

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation management including:
• BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
• FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)
• SRS (Software Requirement Specifications)
• Integration Plans
• Acceptance Criteria
• Ensure requirement clarity, scope stability, and documentation governance.
• Maintain documentation standards within ClickUp / PMO systems.
• Support design acceptance, requirement freeze discipline, and execution readiness.

Scrum & Project Execution Discipline

• Convert approved WBS into sprint-ready deliverables with clear ownership and timelines.
• Track progress, blockers, dependencies, risks, and sprint outcomes.
• Drive alignment to daily, weekly, and sprint execution goals.

Engineering Collaboration & Dependency Management

• Work closely with engineering, development, and technical teams to:
• Clarify requirements and expectations
• Identify risks early
• Drive delivery discipline and minimize scope leakage.

PMO Governance & QMS Compliance

• Ensure project artefacts comply with PMO and QMS standards.
• Maintain RAID logs, documentation completeness, and execution records.
• Support audits, governance reviews, and operational compliance activities.

Reporting & Operational Visibility

• Provide structured reporting inputs for:
• Weekly Project Reviews
• Fortnightly Reviews
• Ensure strong execution visibility and compliance with task tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines
• 3–6 years of Project Management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience in technology startups, product companies, robotics, AI, automation, or engineering-led environments preferred.
