It requires strong technical leadership across AI, Computer Vision, and Full Stack engineering teams, ensuring structured execution, delivery maturity, and production-grade system quality in industrial deployments.You will play a critical role in aligning software engineering with hardware readiness, deployment cycles, and customer delivery expectations.#### Key Responsibilities**1. Engineering Leadership**Lead Full Stack and AI/Computer Vision teams with clarity, structure, and accountability. Drive milestone discipline while fostering innovation within engineering teams. Ensure production-grade quality standards in AI-enabled systems.**2. Delivery & Execution Management**Align engineering execution with hardware integration and deployment timelines. Monitor project milestones and ensure timely, high-quality releases. Establish structured development processes for scalable delivery.**3. Cross-Functional Alignment**Collaborate closely with hardware, AI, and deployment teams to ensure seamless integration. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
