Job summary

SeeWise.AI in Chennai, India, seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of software, AI, and on-ground manufacturing deployments. You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure planning, execution, and deployment stay on track.

You will manage multiple project types, drive scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensure on-site deployment readiness with hardware interfacing and plant coordination. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years in project delivery/PM, preferably in manufacturing, automation, or AI deployments.
Experience with end-to-end deployments including on-site execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects with different engagement models.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of multiple project types - Fixed-scope software, retainer engagements, and AI/vision product implementations.
Run requirement discussions with customers and internal teams to define scope and deliverables.
Plan and drive execution with timelines and milestones, tracking progress and managing scope/risks.
Coordinate with AI, engineering, and ops teams to ensure smooth execution.
Handle vendor coordination for hardware sourcing, installation, and deployment.
Prepare for and support on-site deployments in manufacturing environments including infra readiness.
Ensure inventory readiness and deployment planning before execution.
Act as primary contact for customers, manage expectations, and maintain relationships.
Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency.

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery across software, AI, and on-ground deployment projects in manufacturing environments. This role involves close coordination with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Own delivery of multiple project types - Fixed-scope software projects, retainer-based engagements, and product implementations (AI / Vision systems)
Run requirement discussions with customers and internal teams to define clear scope and deliverables
Plan and drive project execution by defining timelines and milestones, tracking progress, ensuring on-time delivery, and managing scope, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with internal teams (AI, engineering, ops) to ensure smooth execution
Handle vendor coordination for hardware sourcing, installation, and deployment
Prepare for and support on-site deployments in manufacturing environments including infrastructure readiness (networking, DC, mounting, power, etc.) and coordination with plant teams
Ensure inventory readiness and deployment planning before execution
Act as the primary point of contact for customers by managing expectations, resolving on-ground issues, and maintaining strong relationships
Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in project delivery/project management, preferably in manufacturing / industrial solutions, system integration/automation, or AI / vision-based deployments (good to have)
Experience handling end-to-end deployments, including on-site execution
Strong ability to manage multiple parallel projects with different engagement models
Prior experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or hardware providers
Good understanding of industrial environments and constraints
Basic knowledge of PLC / SCADA / HMI systems (strong plus) and industrial networking and infrastructure
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High ownership, execution-driven mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguity
