Job summary

Altiquence Communications seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven software projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and a proven ability to drive cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and iterative reporting of KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in software/tech product companies.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise product environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello and MS Project.
• Technical background in software engineering or AI/ML is a strong plus.
• Experience with NLP, bots, messaging APIs, or enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Manage scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Report project status, KPIs, and blockers to leadership.
