Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions Ltd. (VISL) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site identification, feasibility, and end-to-end infrastructure development for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts across India.

The role requires strong project management, civil and interior execution, vendor coordination, budgeting and multi-location infrastructure delivery. Travel PAN India is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of project management experience in infrastructure.
• Experience with multi-location projects across India.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, interior fit-outs, electrical infra.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments based on commercial, operational and business requirements.
• Prepare site evaluation reports and recommendations for management approval.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from property possession to operational handover.
• Manage civil modifications, interior fit-outs, branding, signage and infrastructure development.
• Coordinate electrical systems, power backup (DG/UPS), internet, networking, CCTV, access control, fire and safety systems, HVAC, furniture, security and utilities.
• Manage architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Negotiate commercial terms, monitor SLAs and certify completed work.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, milestone trackers and progress reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely project closure and smooth handover to business teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Infrastructure Development, Facilities Management or Corporate Administration.
• Experience in setting up offices, warehouses, retail outlets or industrial facilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects or locations across India.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, interior fit-outs, electrical infrastructure and facility readiness.
• Proven experience in vendor and contractor management, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
