Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8–9 years of IT experience, 2+ years in project leadership, and hands-on experience with SharePoint, DevOps, Cloud, and data services.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of total IT experience with at least 2+ years in leading projects.
• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, DevOps, Cloud, Data Service, AI, and successful project delivery.
• Experience working in an Agile project team environment; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, design and analysis of project requirements.
• Understand customer priorities, vision and plans; help develop roadmaps for system growth.
• Identify, plan, and execute projects to support growth; manage multiple initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design technical solutions.
• Create artifacts and documentation for project monitoring and stakeholder approvals.

The Opportunity:

ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager, that will work on several of our client’s projects. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of all ECI systems investments and to assist in implementing new process improvement systems.

A positive attitude, rigorous work habits and professionalism in the workplace are a must. The candidate must adhere to deadlines and complete tasks in a timely matter, be highly self-motivated and detail oriented, possess strong management skills, and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple projects. They should have the ability to effectively present information and respond to client questionnaire and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including creating professional-grade technical documentation and demonstrating strong information presentation skills.

This is a Hybrid role.

What you will do:

• Participate in the overall planning, design and analysis of project requirements
• Ability to understand customer business priorities, vision and plans
• Assist teams in developing roadmaps for system and product growth, then identify, plan, and execute projects to support that growth
• A strong technologist should have solid development experience in any of the stream (MSFT SharePoint or Power Platform, SQL, Cloud, ETL, .NET, JAVA or Open Source Platform such as MEAN / MERN)
• Tenacious problem solver will own issues until full resolution.
• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organizations goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
• Work closely with Architect, senior engineers and leads to develop the best technical design and approach for product development
• Takes Accountability and result oriented.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Manage details while taking a holistic benefits-focused view of the project
• Creating artifacts/documentation for project monitoring and tracking and obtain approval from stakeholders

Who you are:

• Candidate should have 8 to 9 years of total IT experience & at least 2+ years’ experience in leading and managing simple to moderately complex projects
• Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Devops, Cloud, Data Service, AI Successful project delivery
• Experience in working in Agile project team environment
• Strong leadership, people management, and communications skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional groups
• Knowledge and experience in using a Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Good understanding of modern Project Management Methodologies (Scrum in particular)
• Should have excellent project management skills including, requirement, risk and project tracking.
• Experience on tools like Jira, ServiceNow
