Job summary

ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager who will lead multiple client projects in a hybrid role from Bengaluru, India. You will apply strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the value of ECI's systems investments.

The ideal candidate has 8–9 years IT experience, 2+ years leading projects, and hands-on experience with Jira/ServiceNow, SDLC and modern PM methodologies, with exposure to SharePoint/Power Platform, SQL, cloud, and development

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of total IT experience.
• 2+ years of leading and managing simple to moderately complex projects.
• Experience working in an Agile project team environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communications skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional groups.
• Knowledge of a Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good understanding of modern Project Management methodologies (Scrum).
• Excellent project management skills including requirement, risk and project tracking.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the overall planning, design and analysis of project requirements.
• Ability to understand customer business priorities, vision and plans.
• Assist teams in developing roadmaps for system and product growth, then identify, plan, and execute projects to support that growth.
• A strong technologist should have solid development experience in any of the streams (MSFT SharePoint or Power Platform, SQL, Cloud, ETL, .NET, JAVA or Open Source platforms such as MEAN/MERN).
• Tenacious problemsolver will own issues until full resolution.
• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organizations goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
• Work closely with Architect, senior engineers and leads to develop the best technical design and approach for product development.
• Takes accountability and result oriented.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Manage details while taking a holistic benefits-focused view of the project.
• Creating artifacts/documentation for project monitoring and tracking and obtain approval from stakeholders.
