Job summary

Epsilon seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to orchestrate delivery of complex enterprise network and cloud infrastructure programs. You will bridge elite engineering teams and executive business objectives, acting as a technical strategist.

You will lead end-to-end governance, transition from Waterfall to Hybrid frameworks, design automated dashboards for C-suite visibility, and mentor junior PMs in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project/program management experience spearheading enterprise infrastructure, cloud migration, or global technical delivery.
• Technical proficiency in data networking and modern network security.
• 5+ years leading projects with major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) delivering IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Domain expertise in PMO governance with practical Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or scaled hybrid methodologies in infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end governance and execution of high-visibility infrastructure programs, ensuring outputs increase business value and meet high technical standards.
• Lead the transition from Waterfall to Hybrid (Waterfall + Agile/DevOps) frameworks for network services that are automated, elastic, and scalable.
• Champion standardized PMO governance across technical design teams to ensure uniform solutioning and seamless hand-offs.
• Embed modern PMO practices using AI and automation tooling to streamline reporting, tracking, and reduce administrative overhead.
• Act as a bridge between Solution Architects, Executive Technical Management, and Key Business Stakeholders with deep technical depth.
• Map and manage complex dependencies and critical paths, aggressively managing technical debt for large-scale initiatives.
• Design and scale automated dashboards for real-time visibility to executives and leadership.
• Mentor mid-level and junior project managers to foster a high-performance PMO culture.

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-impact, visionary Senior Technical Project Manager to orchestrate and drive the strategic delivery of complex, enterprise-scale network and cloud infrastructure programs. In this senior role within our delivery team, you will transcend traditional task management to serve as a technical strategist and trusted advisor—one who deeply understands the "how" behind the "what," effortlessly bridging the gap between elite engineering teams and executive business objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses an advanced technical acumen in systems, networking and cloud environments, enabling them to architect critical paths, anticipate and mitigate complex technical dependencies, and ensure global on-premises and cloud outputs perfectly align with overarching client requirements. You will play a defining role in engineering automated workflows, and instill a culture of proactive, data-driven risk management across a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end governance and execution of high-visibility infrastructure programs, ensuring all outputs increase business value, hit rigorous Key Performance Indicator, and meet high technical execution standards.
• Align and drive the organizational transition from legacy Waterfall models to modern Hybrid (Waterfall + Agile/DevOps) frameworks, ensuring network services are highly automated, elastic, and scalable.
• Author, implement, and champion standardized, enterprise-wide PMO governance across technical Design Teams to guarantee uniform solutioning, world-class documentation, and seamless operational hand‑offs.
• Architect and embed modern PMO practices using advanced AI and automation tooling to streamline executive reporting, optimize project tracking, and reduce administrative overhead.
• Act as the primary, high-bandwidth bridge between Solution Architects, Executive Technical Management, and Key Business Stakeholders. You must possess the technical depth to challenge assumptions, validate architecture, and ensure infrastructure outputs robustly meet functional requirements.
• Map and manage complex enterprise project dependencies and critical paths, aggressively managing technical debt while ensuring large-scale infrastructure initiatives launch on schedule.
• Design and scale sophisticated, automated dashboards that provide C-suite partners and multi-functional leadership with real-time, actionable visibility into achievements, resource capacity constraints, and delivery health.
• Foster an organizational "no surprises" culture. Identify, mitigate, and blast through roadblocks early, bringing well-formulated, data-backed recommendations and strategic options to leadership when support is required.
• Masterfully navigate and influence complex professional networks across a matrixed global organization, including driving accountability with strategic vendors and leading offshore engineering resources.
• Act as a mentor and coach to mid-level and junior project managers, cultivating a high-performance culture within the PMO.

Qualifications

Experience & Background:

• 8+ years of dedicated IT project/program management experience, with a definitive track record of successfully spearheading massive enterprise infrastructure, cloud migration, or global technical delivery initiatives.
• Technical Proficiency in Data Networking and modern Network Security.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience leading projects involving major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with a heavy emphasis on delivering complex IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid-cloud cloud architecture.
• Domain Expertise in PMO governance, with extensive practical experience architecting and implementing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or scaled hybrid methodologies in an infrastructure environment.

Education & Certifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical expertise. A Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration is a strong plus.
• Highly Preferred Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Agile credentials (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, A-CSM, or Scaled Agile/SAFe).
  • Associate or Professional-level Cloud/Networking certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CCNA/CCNP) are highly desirable and will set you apart.
