Job summary

Curefoods, a fast-growing food brand platform, seeks a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end Krispy Kreme store expansion projects in Bengaluru. You will deliver new cafés, kiosks, and production facilities on time, within budget, and to brand quality standards.

You will coordinate with Design, Business Development, Operations, Procurement, and Finance; supervise civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment installation; monitor timelines, CAPEX budgets, and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, vendor management, CAPEX, and MEP services.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of new store and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with Design, Business Development, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Supervise civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment installation.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and CAPEX budgets.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Conduct site feasibility studies and technical inspections.
• Ensure statutory, safety, and engineering compliance.
• Drive timely project handover for successful store launches.
