Job summary

Motherson is seeking a Project Management/Engineer/Sr. Engineer/AM with 5–10 years of experience in civil, mechanical or electrical domains to lead utility and facility infrastructure projects in India.

The role requires strong planning, scheduling, and execution skills, plus hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and project tools. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage vendors and contracts, and deliver complete handover documentation with O&M

Qualifications

• Experience in project management of utility and facility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and quality standards in project execution.

Experience: 5 to 10 years Education: B.E. / B.Tech Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Requirements

• Experience in project management of utility and facility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects preferred (semiconductor, pharma, or electronics industry exposure is a plus).
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and quality standards in project execution.

• Expertise in snag management, defect tracking, and timely closure to meet project quality standards.
• Strong skills in preparing handover documentation, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and statutory compliance records.
• Ability to ensure seamless transition from project phase to operations, minimizing risks and downtime.
