Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Trainee to join our team in Jejuri, India. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in planning, executing, and closing projects under the mentorship of senior project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize kick‑off meetings for newly assigned orders with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order transfer.
• Prepare and manage schedules/project plans for all orders.
• Conduct regular planning and review meetings to track project timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications regarding approvals, schedules, and delivery plans.
• Arrange inspections as required under QAP.
• Coordinate with site teams to meet project timelines.
• Provide project milestone updates to customers.
• Collaborate with the design team for detailed engineering.
• Assist in cost management and budget control with senior managers.
• Utilize SAP for project tracking (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
• Work with the commercial team on account receivables.
• Coordinate with site teams for project closure.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
