Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Diploma Trainee in Pune to join our Crane Service team, supporting on-site services and maintenance. Work is planned by the branch and logged against SR/WP, with the trainee accepting packages and entering data accordingly.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, strong communication in English, teamwork, and MS Office skills. You will assist in fault recording, labor hour estimates, safety reviews, and customer guidance for informed purchases.

Responsibilities

• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
• Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with customers to inform buying decisions based on recommendations.
• Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Your key role:

• Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
• The Trainee accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
• The Trainee cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method,
• Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
