Job summary

Konecranes in India is seeking a Diploma Trainee for our Crane Service team. You will support on-site services and maintenance at customer sites, under guidance from the branch service planner.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, good English communication, teamwork, and familiarity with MS Office. This is a hands-on, field-facing position offering a flexible working environment within the South Asia sub regional team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
• The Trainee accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
• The Trainee cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method.
• Estimate labour hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard

We are now looking for Diploma Trainee who is passionate about working with our Crane Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for services and maintenance at site location.

Your key role:

• Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner) and assigned to the Trainee.
