GE HealthCare is seeking a Project Management Team Leader to oversee complex customer equipment, facilities, and infrastructure projects in Gurugram. You will ensure end-to-end delivery, P&L accountability, and high customer satisfaction while leading a team of senior project managers.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong operational judgment, and cross-functional collaboration to align project execution with organizational priorities, delivering world-class experiences for customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 15 years of project management experience in construction, preferably healthcare facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of local construction laws, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of turnkey construction projects, from scoping to handover.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with laws and GE HealthCare standards.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, budgets, forecasts, and risk controls.
  • Oversee contractor and architect onboarding, site safety, and quality of work.
  • Provide project reporting and insights for business planning.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to standardized construction processes and tools.

The role provides strategic leadership to experienced Project Managers, enabling execution of high‑impact, business‑critical projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of turnkey construction projects, from scoping and budgeting to execution and handover.
  • Act as the primary customer and contractor liaison, ensuring compliance with local laws, building codes, and GE HealthCare standards.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts while driving cost control, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Select, onboard, and oversee contractors, architects, and suppliers, ensuring safe and high‑quality project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve escalations, and ensure adherence to contractual, EHS, and quality requirements.
  • Provide accurate project reporting, financial forecasts, and insights to support business planning.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to the standardization of construction project processes and tools

  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
