Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru (India) seeks an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead Product Operations and Data Analytics initiatives. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, align backlogs, and drive improvements across cross-functional teams.

The role requires PMP and Scrum Master certifications, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong skills in MS Project, Jira, and AI-enabled tools. You will develop dashboards, manage risks, and communicate updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification) required
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Experience facilitating Agile Scrum teams, including sprint planning and execution, backlog management, agile metrics and reporting, and continuous improvement
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, MS Teams Planner, Jira, Trello, MS SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-enabled productivity tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of multiple cultures for collaboration in transnational teams
• Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated preferred
• Positive attitude, professional image, and impeccable business ethics

Responsibilities

• Serve as Agile Program Management lead supporting OM Corp Product Operations and the Data Analytics team
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs
• Manage sprint boards and work-tracking tools, including project scope, progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks
• Drive continuous improvement of OM Product Operations Data Analytics tools and processes
• Identify and escalate blockers affecting team productivity and outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration among business, technical, and operational teams
• Promote Agile best practices and organizational Agile maturity
• Translate business objectives into sprint deliverables
• Manage scope through backlog refinement and change control
• Coordinate dependencies and prioritization across initiatives and teams
• Develop dashboards and status reports; track milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs
• Support PMO governance through periodic project updates
• Develop communication approaches supporting OM Corp objectives and engagement
• Manage the OM Function SharePoint site
• Create and publish updates, success stories, announcements, and stakeholder communications
• Prepare engagement materials and support leadership communications and organizational change management
