Job summary

OMS Business Digitalisation Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru seeks a Project Manager to coordinate delivery across Engineering, QA, Domain, and Customer Success. You will own sprint planning, release schedules, and stakeholder communication to ensure reliable shipping and on-time client accreditation outcomes.

The role requires 4–7 years of PM experience in software product companies, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge (PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP preferred), and hands-on Jira usage. Hybrid work in Bengaluru is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project management experience in software product companies.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies — certified (PMP / CSM / PMI-ACP) preferred
• Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint management, backlog grooming, and reporting
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and domain specialists
• Experience tracking risks, dependencies, and change requests across concurrent workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Background in enterprise SaaS, ERP, or compliance-driven software preferred

Responsibilities

• Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release scheduling across OMS product workstreams
• Coordinate dependencies between Engineering, QA, Domain Experts, and Customer Success teams
• Maintain project plans, risk registers, and change logs — communicate status clearly to leadership
• Run daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
• Track and escape blockers early
• Manage scope creep and change requests with rigour
• Liaise with Customer Success on client onboarding timelines and deployment schedules
• Produce weekly delivery reports for senior management and, where required, client-facing project updates
