Jobtailor in India is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders to write requirements and user stories, track metrics, manage risk, and drive adoption of Agile best practices across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience managing projects in digital or technology environments.
Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Expertise in Agile metrics tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Experience in backlog grooming and refinement
Ability to create detailed requirements and user stories
Project delivery management within digital environments
Competence in estimation techniques and metrics analysis
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business is preferred/desired
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) is preferred/desired
PMI-ACP or SAFe Agilist are advantageous
Experience implementing Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS) is preferred
Proficiency in advanced PM tools and dashboards is preferred
Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologies is preferred
Familiarity with risk management frameworks in Agile projects is preferred
Ability to optimize team performance through coaching and mentoring is preferred
Strong communication management skills in project settings is preferred

Responsibilities
