Job summary

Sakon in Pune, India seeks a Senior Associate – Project Management to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations in a hybrid work setup.

You will manage delivery plans, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating internal teams across telecom, IT, and BPO/SaaS projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in telecom, IT, BPO/KPO, or SaaS with PM experience.
• Proven track record in SaaS implementations and service management.
• Strong PM methodologies, risk mitigation, and multi-deliverable tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead TEM platform implementations with IMs and clients.
• Maintain Delivery Plans, track schedules, manage weekly tasks across projects.
• Identify project risks, navigate scope changes, ensure milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver quality client service.
• Streamline processes and transition accounts to Account Management.

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Project Management to join our team in Pune!

• Role: Senior Associate - Project Management
• Location: Pune, India
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Shift Timing: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST
• Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Implementation Managers (IMs) and clients to lead Sakon Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform implementations.
• Maintain Service Delivery Plans, track delivery schedules, and manage weekly task execution across multiple parallel projects.
• Proactively identify project risks, navigate scope changes, and ensure timely milestone achievements.
• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Audit, Carrier, Technical) to deliver accurate, quality client service.
• Streamline processes, gather customer requirements, and transition accounts to Account Management teams.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in the telecom industry or IT or BPO/KPO or SaaS with project management and implementation experience.
• Core Capabilities: Proven track record in SaaS implementations and adherence to service management principles.
• Project Management: Strong grasp of PM methodologies, risk mitigation, and tracking multiple deliverables concurrently.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and knowledge of MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (A Plus):

• Working knowledge or experience with Enterprise Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Mobility Solutions.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Financial Systems.
