Job summary

StatusNeo is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support governance, resource management, revenue tracking, and business reporting. The role focuses on advanced Excel, dashboard creation, financial metrics (Revenue & Gross Margin), and stakeholder coordination across Delivery, Project Management, Finance, HR, and Leadership teams.

You will design and maintain management dashboards, track GM and revenue, and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in PMO, Project Reporting, Resource Management, MIS Reporting, or Business Operations.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards/Visualization, Macros/VBA preferred.
• Experience in preparing executive-level dashboards and leadership reports.
• Knowledge of GM calculations, revenue forecasting, and provisioning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong stakeholder management.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to support project governance, resource management, revenue tracking, and business reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced Excel, dashboard creation, project reporting, financial metrics (Revenue & Gross Margin), and stakeholder coordination. This role will work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Finance, HR, and Leadership teams to ensure accurate reporting, resource planning, and project performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

PMO & Project Governance

• Support PMO governance activities across multiple projects and accounts.
• Track project milestones, resource allocation, utilization, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and governance reports.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates on project status and resource requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and project allocation activities for employees.
• Design, develop, and maintain management dashboards using Advanced Excel, Power Query, and reporting tools.
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency through advanced Excel techniques.
• Present actionable insights and trends to leadership teams through structured reports and presentations.

Revenue & Gross Margin Management

• Track and monitor revenue performance across projects and accounts.
• Analyze individual-level and account-level Gross Margin (GM) performance.
• Support quarterly revenue forecasting and provisioning activities.
• Identify potential revenue leakages and risks related to project closures, SOW expirations, and bench resources.
• Work closely with delivery and finance teams to optimize resource utilization and profitability.

Resource Management

• Monitor bench strength, utilization, and deployment opportunities.
• Track Statement of Work (SOW) end dates and proactively highlight potential revenue impacts.
• Support workforce planning and resource forecasting initiatives.
• Ensure timely movement of resources across projects based on business requirements.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and PMO operations.
• Recommend automation and efficiency improvements through Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in PMO, Project Reporting, Resource Management, MIS Reporting, or Business Operations.

• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, or project tracking applications.
• Understanding of IT services, staffing, or technology delivery environments.
• Relevant certifications in Excel, PMO, or Project Management are an added advantage.
