Job summary

Adani Group in Mumbai seeks a Project Controls professional to schedule, track progress and manage resources for major civil construction programs. You will validate baselines, monitor the critical path, drive look-ahead plans, coordinate with PMC/GC, and maintain logs and dashboards for governance reviews.

The role requires a strong background in project controls with focus on baselines, look-ahead planning, progress measurement and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Construction disciplines. Preferable PMP / Primavera / quantity surveying / fit-out / execution-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review GC master schedule, milestone plan and logic; validate sequencing and critical path.
• Drive look-ahead planning and constraint log; coordinate removals with PMC/GC and track closures.
• Validate progress measurement method (quantities/earned progress) and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor resource mobilization plans (manpower, equipment) and flag gaps impacting milestones.
• Maintain integrated dashboards and prepare governance packs for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Support time impact analysis for changes/variations; maintain baseline and revision history discipline.
• Demand recovery plans for slippages; track effectiveness and elevate unresolved risks.
• Maintain decision log, action tracker and escalation ageing; ensure closure SLAs are met.

Role

Schedule, progress and resource control for the project by validating baselines and progress measurement through PMC. Critical path, constraints and look-ahead governance to trigger early warnings and recovery plans, integrated reporting for leadership decisions, ensuring changes are time-impact assessed and closures are tracked, maintaining decision and action logs to keep execution unblocked.
