Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in National-Business Consulting Risk CNS for the Risk Management practice in India. The role centers on PMO support, project planning, and governance across multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. You will analyze risks, drive schedules, and help optimize cost controls.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in project planning and monitoring, with proficiency in MSP and Primavera, and strong Excel reporting. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering required.
• Post graduation in project/construction management preferred.
• 5–8 years in project planning, execution & monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in managing projects efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate PMO activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize MSP/Primavera for scheduling and tracking milestones.
• Monitor budgets and cost controls across infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Job Description - We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team specializing in PMO (Project Management Office).


• You will play a critical role in supporting our clients in managing their projects efficiently and effectively.


• Experience - 5 to 8 years in project planning, execution, and monitoring.


• Sectors Industrial Building & Factories, Real estate, Thermal & hydropower plant, Transportation Infra projects (Road, Metro).


• Education - Graduation in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.


• Post graduation / NICMAR - Project management / construction management or equivalent will be preferred


• Job location - PAN India


• Skills - Project management, project planning & monitoring, scheduling (MSP & Primavera), budgeting & cost control, quantity surveying, strategy implementation, MIS in infrastructure projects.


• Date of Joining - Immediate or within next 30 Days


• Additional Requirements - Knowledge of Project lifecycle from Initiation to closure with clarity of processes in Tender & Contracts, Design & Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Testing & commissioning.


• Exposure to FIDIC or other construction contract frameworks, Delay analysis, EOT claims.


• Knowledge of risk identification & management.


• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.


• Planning tool / Software knowledge such as MS projects and Primavera P6 is preferred.


• Working knowledge of tools such as Auto CAD, BIM, ERP Software and Power BI/ tableau and other dashboard / management reporting tools is preferred.
