Job summary

LT-Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced project leader for offshore platform design and EPCIC execution in the Mumbai area. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure schedule and budget adherence, and coordinate with clients and suppliers.

The role requires strong decision-making, risk management, and excellent communication to drive successful execution across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Offshore platform design codes, standards, and oil & gas industry construction practices.
• Ability to identify risks, value generation, and learning incorporation in projects.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the performance of the project team.
• Timely decisions for schedule and cost requirements.
• Effective management of EPCIC functions, including subcontract management.
• Exercise initiative and independent judgment in assigned work.
• Led planning, coordination, and management across Engineering, Procurement, Onshore Fabrication, Offshore Installation, Heavy Lift, SIMOPS, Shutdown, Hook-up, Commissioning and Start-up.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, & monthly reporting to the client.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Directly responsible for the performance of the project team.
• Timely decisions for achieving the project schedule and cost requirements.
• Effective management of EPCIC functions, including subcontract management.
• The incumbent is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the performance of agreed assignments.

• Led the overall planning, coordination, and management, including HSE, QA/QC, Materials, Manpower, and Resources Planning, Logistics, Tools & Equipment for all phases of work such as Engineering, Procurement, Onshore Fabrication, Offshore Installation, Heavy Lift, SIMOPS, Shutdown Planning/Execution, Hook-up, Commissioning, & Start-up.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, & monthly reporting to the client.
