Larsen & Toubro Limited in India seeks an experienced project leader to oversee offshore platform design and EPCIC execution at Kattupalli Port. You will directly drive project-team performance, make timely decisions to meet schedule and cost targets, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation.

The role requires coordinating HSE, QA/QC, materials, manpower, and logistics across all phases, with an emphasis on risk management and value creation.

Qualifications

• Directly responsible for the performance of the project team.
• Make timely decisions to achieve project schedule and cost requirements.
• Effectively manage EPCIC functions, including subcontract management.
• Exercise initiative and independent judgment in assigned tasks.
• Lead a multinational, multicultural workforce across project phases.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and management of all project phases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the client.
• Identify risks and apply learning to ongoing projects.

• Responsible for daily, weekly, & monthly reporting to the client.
• Ability to identify risks, value generation, and learning incorporation while executing projects.
