Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking a seasoned Offshore EPC Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of offshore projects in India. The role requires steering multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QA/QC, and HSE to meet milestones and contract terms.

Candidate should have 15-20 years of Oil & Gas or marine project experience, with strong skills in project management, cost control, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant discipline is required.
• 15-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC or Marine projects.
• Experience managing offshore platforms, subsea, pipelines, jackets, topsides.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; multidisciplinary leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver offshore projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk management.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QA/QC, HSE and client teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones and contractual requirements.
• Lead project reviews and report status to senior management and clients.
• Ensure offshore safety compliance and HSE policies.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and third-party providers.
• Review and approve project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee installation, hook-up, commissioning and handover activities.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and successful delivery of offshore projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QA/QC, HSE, and Client teams for smooth project execution.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Marine / Offshore / Electrical or related discipline).
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

Experience

• 15-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC, Offshore Construction, or Marine Projects.
• Proven experience managing offshore platforms, subsea, pipelines, jackets, topsides, brownfield or greenfield projects.
• Experience in handling multidisciplinary project teams and client interactions.
