About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead OnBase Application Analyst to administer, configure, and optimize OnBase content management and workflow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OnBase administration, document management, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing OnBase platforms, driving digital transformation initiatives, implementing workflow automation solutions, and improving operational efficiency through process optimization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operational users to deliver scalable and efficient content management solutions that support organizational goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize OnBase content management and workflow solutions.
• Configure document management, records management, and process automation capabilities based on business requirements.

• Configure and maintain workflow queues, life cycles, forms, document types, and business process automation components.
• Support integrations between OnBase and enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and other business systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OnBase solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution for production and operational incidents.
• Support application upgrades, patches, migrations, and enhancement initiatives.
