Persistent Systems in Pune seeks a Senior Power Platform Consultant to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation using Power Platform. You will design, architect, and implement end-to-end low-code solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.

The role demands strong consulting and client engagement skills, leadership to mentor teams, and drive governance, ALM, and best practices across Power Platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise application development or technology consulting.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Hands-on Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate implementations.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and Azure integrations.
• Client-facing consulting experience and ability to lead workshops and PoCs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our team and drive enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, architecting, and implementing end-to-end low-code solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure services. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, consulting capabilities, client engagement experience, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions, mentoring teams, supporting business development initiatives, and establishing best practices across Power Platform implementations.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), and Power BI.


• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable low-code business applications.


• Collaborate with development teams to establish and govern Power Platform standards, frameworks, and best practices.


• Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical direction for Power Platform initiatives.


• Build and maintain Power Apps solutions using both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.


• Design and optimize business process automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.


• Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise applications.


• Provide consulting and advisory services to clients regarding low-code/no-code platforms, automation solutions, and digital transformation strategies.


• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations with stakeholders.


• Drive proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and industry-specific solution development.


• Participate in business development activities, including proposal creation, RFP responses, effort estimations, and solution presentations.


• Establish governance, security, compliance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.


• Lead project delivery activities and ensure alignment with client business objectives.


• Mentor and develop Power Platform professionals to grow organizational capabilities.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.


• Stay current with Microsoft technology advancements and industry trends.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise application development, digital transformation, or technology consulting.


• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and enterprise solution design.


• Extensive experience with Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.


• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate Cloud Flows and workflow automation.


• Experience developing enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.


• Deep understanding of low-code/no-code platform implementation strategies.


• Experience leading large-scale Power Platform implementations and transformation programs.


• Strong consulting experience with client-facing engagements and stakeholder management.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.


• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external applications.


• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.


• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.


• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution presentations, and proposal development.


• Domain experience within Life Sciences and understanding of GxP processes is highly desirable.


• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration and collaboration solutions.


• Ability to work independently and lead large-scale initiatives across multiple stakeholders.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
