Job summary

NS Property Guide Advisors in Hyderabad seeks a Project Lead QA/QC to head quality control and QMS across residential Mivan and conventional projects. You will drive strategic QC planning, deploy teams, audit compliance, and coordinate with clients to ensure adherence to IS codes and project specs.

The role requires 10+ years in civil QA/QC, strong QMS auditing, and the ability to mentor QC engineers while upholding ISO standards and ITP/MTP requirements.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 10+ years QA/QC experience in high-rise residential projects (Mivan & conventional).
• Prior third-party inspection experience is an added advantage.
• QMS/ISO auditor certification preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate QA/QC activities across multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination and effective execution.
• Monitor day-to-day civil inspections including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, ITP/MTP requirements, and quality procedures.
• Review, verify, and consolidate QC reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for internal use and client submission.
• Plan and manage manpower schedules and identify technical support needs for ongoing projects.
• Represent the QA/QC team in client kick-off meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.
• Identify quality lapses, raise NCRs, and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Conduct internal quality audits, ensure QMS compliance, and support external audit processes.
• Mentor, train, and develop QC engineers to enhance technical and operational capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, QMS protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of quality issues.

Role Purpose

The Project Lead QA/QC will be responsible for leading and managing the complete quality control and quality management system (QMS) functions across multiple residential Mivan and conventional projects. • Strong technical expertise in Mivan formwork and conventional residential construction.
• Proven expertise in client coordination and team handling, with the ability to lead multi-site operations.
• Must have handled QA/QC operations for civil projects across high‑rise residential developments.
• Excellent knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITP/MTP, documentation, and NCR handling.
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to maintain quality standards while managing tight project timelines.
