Job summary

The role requires hands-on expertise in Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Acrobat Writer, plus JavaScript customizations and strong LMS integration knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional eLearning development experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile development activities, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop, customize, and deliver SCORM-compliant eLearning solutions.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with clients to address requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in leading authoring tools, experience working directly with clients, and the ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and deliver SCORM-compliant learning solutions in an Agile environment.

Roles and responsibilities

• Strong hands-on expertise in Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Acrobat Writer
• Experience in course authoring enhancements and implementing customizations using JavaScript
• Solid understanding of SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, LMS integration, interaction handling, and debugging
• Demonstrates strong analytical decision-making by evaluating requirements and making timely, informed decisions
• Possesses a proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex challenges effectively
• Skilled in mentoring team members and contributing to team development and collaboration
• Lead the Agile development activities, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Equivalent professional experience in eLearning development will also be considered.
