Job summary

NIIT Limited is seeking an Associate Project Lead - Learning Content to oversee end-to-end execution of learning content development projects, coordinating with instructional designers, SMEs, media teams, and quality assurance to deliver on client requirements.

You will track timelines, ensure quality, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement while managing multiple projects and deadlines across formats like eLearning, ILT, and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in learning content development or related roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of learning content projects across formats (eLearning, ILT, VILT, digital assets)
• Coordinate with instructional designers, SMEs, media teams, and quality teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to SLAs
• Review content for quality, consistency, and alignment with defined standards
• Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively drive resolution
• Support client communication and provide regular project status updates
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and compliance with processes
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and content quality
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail with strong quality orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
