Job summary

Indian Trade Links in Delhi seeks an experienced site supervisor with expertise in roof sheeting, metal roofing, polycarbonate sheets, standing seam, wall cladding, insulated panels, PEB and structural steel erection. The role focuses on planning, resource mobilization and on-site leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will handle daily reporting, subcontractor management, BOQ and billing, cost control and waterproofing, while ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, cladding and erection works across commercial or industrial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing, site supervision and safety practices.
• Familiar with BOQ, billing, cost control and subcontractor coordination.
• Proven ability to plan resources, report daily progress and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and mobilize resources for on-site execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate erection works.
• Oversee BOQ preparation, billing and cost control measures.
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure waterproofing and quality standards.
• Supervise site activities, safety and compliance with drawings.
