Confidential in Goa seeks a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale luxury hotel development. The role requires coordinating architects, PMC, consultants, and contractors, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality targets are met on time.

The candidate should have extensive experience in civil, structural, MEP, façade and interiors works, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional teams in a premium real estate or hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 22+ years of experience in large-scale construction, real estate or hospitality projects.
• Strong experience in 5-star / luxury hotel or resort projects preferred.
• Proven track record of end-to-end project execution for large developments.
• Experience managing Civil, Structural, MEP, Interiors, Façade and allied works.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution of a large-scale luxury hospitality/hotel development in South Goa.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and timely delivery in line with approved project objectives.
• Manage and coordinate architects, consultants, PMC, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee execution across Civil, Structural, MEP, Faade, Interiors and allied works.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, quality, cost and timelines, ensuring adherence to approved plans.
• Identify project risks, delays and critical issues and drive timely corrective actions.
• Manage contractor performance, construction quality, productivity and site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory, regulatory and project quality standards.
• Review project budgets, variations, commercial issues and cost-control measures.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination across all functions.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports and risk escalations to senior management.
• Drive successful project completion, commissioning and handover within agreed timelines, budget and quality parameters.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience managing Civil, Structural, MEP, Interiors, Faade and allied works.
• Strong exposure to PMC, consultant and contractor management.
• Candidates from reputed real estate developers, hospitality groups or EPC/construction companies preferred.
• BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred; Master's qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning and project delivery capabilities.
