Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Head with extensive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering for large-scale steel and heavy-process industries. The role emphasizes EPC contractor management, major project execution, and oversight of furnace and substations systems.

The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of experience in electrical/ instrumentation, preferably with exposure to Greenfield or brownfield projects in heavy industries and international EPC

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Operations, or MBA would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Total Experience: 20+ years.

Responsibilities

• Review major project decisions relating to furnace systems, furnace transformers, substations, HV/MV/LV systems, PLC/DCS/SCADA.
• Oversee process instrumentation, material handling, cooling-water systems, utilities, pollution-control systems and major mechanical equipment.
• Possess EPC contractor-management experience and major project-execution exposure.

Experience

Total Experience: 2030 years

Preferred Industry Background

Strong preference for experience in:

• Steel industry
• Electric Arc Furnace projects
• Large power-intensive industrial plants
• Heavy process industries

The candidate should have worked on at least one major greenfield or large brownfield industrial project.
