Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on construction leader to oversee end-to-end project execution across civil, interiors, landscape and external infrastructure for premium residential, hospitality or clubhouse projects.

You will lead the project team, manage clients and contractors, ensure high workmanship standards, and drive delivery with modern project management tools to achieve on-time and on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction leader with strong technical background.
• Proven ability to lead civil, interiors, landscape and external works.
• Experience in managing clients and contractors with strong relationship skills.
• Experience on premium residential, hospitality or clubhouse projects.
• Strong knowledge across civil, interiors, landscape and external works, with tech-savvy project management.
• Proven team leadership and accountability for project outcomes.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of project execution, programme and delivery.
• Lead civil, interiors, landscape, hardscape & external infrastructure works.
• Manage and drive all contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
• Establish project programme, weekly targets and monitor Planned vs Actual.
• Identify delays early and implement recovery plans.
• Manage client relationships and represent TGE confidently with senior client representatives.
• Ensure high standards of quality, workmanship and finishing.
• Coordinate drawings, approvals, procurement and material availability.
• Monitor project costs, variations, productivity and commercial risks.
• Lead and motivate the project team and establish accountability.
• Provide concise, technology-driven project reporting and dashboards.
• Take decisions quickly and elevate issues with solutions, not merely problems.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a hands-on construction leader, not a coordination-oriented Project Manager.

The candidate should be:

• Technically strong and passionate about construction.
• Quick on his/her feet, energetic and solution-oriented.
• Strong in client and contractor management.
• Comfortable dealing with demanding / personality-driven clients.
• Experienced in premium residential / hospitality / clubhouse projects.
• Strong across civil + interiors + landscape/external works.
• Technology savvy and comfortable with modern project management systems.
• Strong team leader with the ability to push people and get results.
• Personally accountable for project outcomes.

Candidates currently or previously working with leading developers / construction organisations such as:
