The Construction Head will lead end-to-end execution of high-end residential and mixed-use developments in Hyderabad, aligning with Tribeca’s philosophy of delivering design-led “trophy properties” with global benchmarks. This role is responsible for project delivery, quality, timelines, cost control, and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery

• Ensure projects meet premium luxury standards aligned with branded residences
• Drive adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications
• Develop construction strategy for Hyderabad region
• Collaborate with design, product, and leadership teams for project conceptualization
• Implement global best practices in construction and project management
• Finalize and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Oversee contracts, procurement, and commercial negotiations
• Ensure strong vendor ecosystem for high-quality execution

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain best-in-class quality benchmarks for luxury developments
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, RERA, safety norms
• Drive zero-compromise culture on safety and workmanship

5. Cost & Budget Control

• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization
• Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality

6. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with:

• Internal teams (design, sales, finance)
• External stakeholders (architects, consultants, authorities)
• Represent construction in leadership reviews
• Build and lead high-performance site and project teams
• Mentor project managers and engineers
• Establish performance-driven culture aligned with Tribeca values
