Inndrayanee – EPC & Industrial Construction is seeking a hands-on Project Leadership professional for end-to-end execution of industrial EPC projects at Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. • B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 12–20 years of experience in industrial construction/work execution.
• Experience in PEB, structural steel, industrial civil works and turnkey/EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple contractors/subcontractors.
• Independent handling of large industrial project sites.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to take complete ownership of site execution.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project execution from mobilization to handover.
• Lead and control contractors, subcontractors, engineers and site manpower.
• Plan and monitor project schedule, milestones and daily progress.
• Coordinate with client, PMC, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery and work fronts.
• Monitor quality, productivity, documentation and project progress.
• Identify delays/bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Procurement and Commercial teams.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in PEB, structural steel, industrial civil works and turnkey/EPC projects.

Important

This is a hands-on project leadership position. We are looking for someone who can independently drive the complete project execution team and contractors, not only supervise civil works.
