What you will do as Project Head – Luxury Residential & Construction Infrastructure

• Lead and oversee the execution of large-scale luxury real estate and construction projects. Take complete ownership of project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies. Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage construction activities and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Lead and mentor project management and construction teams. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures. Ensure effective resource planning and utilization. Manage project budgets, costs, procurement, and financial controls. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and construction standards. Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and project partners. Provide regular project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management. Resolve critical project-related issues and ensure timely decision-making. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across project execution. Ensure successful handover and completion of projects as per defined specifications.

Who should apply

• 10+ years of relevant experience in project management and construction leadership. Proven experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Luxury Real Estate. Experience working with leading or reputed real estate/construction organizations will be preferred. Strong experience handling large-scale and complex projects. Proven expertise in project planning, execution, budgeting, quality, and delivery. Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
