Job summary

M Prince Interiors in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Project Head to oversee planning, execution and successful completion of multiple interior and turnkey projects. The role requires strong leadership to manage teams, contractors and vendors, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates will have 7-12+ years in interior/fit-out/turnkey project execution with familiarity in commercial interiors and retail fit-outs. Degree or diploma in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of project planning and execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from commencement to handover.
• Plan project timelines, manpower, materials and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Review drawings, BOQs, work orders and project requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays and execution issues and take corrective action.
• Supervise Project Engineers and site execution teams.
• Coordinate closely with Purchase, Accounts and Management.
• Monitor material procurement and ensure timely availability at sites.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide management with progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing milestones and project closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
