Job summary

Enso Furniture in Bengaluru seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead residential interior fit-out projects from handover to final completion. You will develop detailed plans, schedules, and resource allocation to keep milestones on time and within budget.

You will coordinate site teams, manage client communications, ensure quality standards, and oversee snagging and handover. Fresh graduates with a related degree and 0–1+ years’ experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential interior fit-out projects, from site handover to final completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise site teams including subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

• Ensure that all works are carried out to industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage snagging and handover process efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
