Designation – Project Finance Controller

Contract Role: Up to 1 year Onsite

The incumbent should be okay with a contract role.

Location – Indore and Pilibhit

Experience – CA with 10 to 15 years in Project Finance, Capex, Green Field Projects, Controlling

Remuneration – Up to 40 LPA.

Notice Period – Immediate to max 30 days.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Finance, Capex, Capitalization of Assets
• Holding experience in Green Field Projects is preferred
• Accounting: Managing all accounting operations, including billing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Financial reporting: Preparing financial statements, analyses, and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Budgeting and forecasting: Developing and managing the budget and financial forecasts, and reporting variances
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
• Internal controls: Developing and enforcing internal controls to protect the company’s assets, policies, and procedures
• Financial strategy: Driving the company’s financial strategy and planning
• Stakeholder management: Managing relationships with stakeholders
• Debt management: Managing debt and collections
• Quality control: Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Business processes: Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies
• Auditing: Evaluating auditing systems and making modifications as needed
• Staff management: Hiring, managing, and training new staff members
