Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Executive to support the execution of Remote Optometry (RO) store launches by coordinating across Civil/Infra, IT, and Project/Operations teams.

The role involves on-ground and remote execution of store readiness, installation tracking, and quality checks, ensuring that each store is set up as per defined standards before Go-Live. This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in civil/infra projects, site execution, or retail/clinic setup environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Launch Coordination

• Maintain and update the tracker for all new, ongoing, and upcoming TO store launches
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of launch activities
• Track daily progress and highlight delays or risks

2. Civil & Infrastructure Execution Support

• Coordinate with the Project/Civil team for:
  • Site readiness (flooring, electricals, furniture placement, etc.)
  • Compliance with layout and design standards
• Assist in ensuring all infra requirements (power, cabling, workstation setup) are completed before installation
• Flag deviations and ensure timely correction

3. Installation Monitoring

• Track installation progress through:
  • Photos/videos shared by field teams
  • Regular status updates
• Review clinic setup videos to ensure:
  • Equipment placement is correct
  • Setup meets operational standards
• Follow up with teams to close open installation issues

4. Pre & Go-Live Readiness

• Ensure all checklist items are completed before store activation
• Support HOTO validation for installation quality and infra readiness
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues pre Go-Live
• Assist in Go-Live by confirming readiness and initiating ET activation with Ops/IT
• Ensure smooth transition from setup to operations

5. Post-Launch Tracking

• Track ET performance and early-stage issues post launch
• Highlight operational or technical concerns to relevant teams
• Support quick resolution to stabilize store operations

6. IT Issue Coordination

• Track recurring technical/IT issues across stores
• Coordinate with IT teams for:
  • Issue resolution
  • Permanent fixes
• Maintain logs of issues and closures

7. Asset & Installation Management

• Coordinate machine relocations and new installation requests
• Ensure proper planning and execution with minimal disruption
• Track movement and installation status of assets

8. MIS Reporting

• Prepare and update:
  • Weekly launch status reports
  • Monthly performance summaries
• Ensure tracker accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders

9. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a coordination SPOC between:
  • Project/Civil Team
  • IT Team
  • Operations Team
• Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups across teams

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in:
  • Project execution / site coordination
  • Civil/infra or retail store setup projects
  • MIS Reporting
• Experience in multi-site execution or rollout projects preferred

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of:
  • Civil works, electricals, and infrastructure setup
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of SQL is is plus
