Job summary

Siyarams in Delhi is seeking a Project Executive / Senior Project Executive to lead NSO and maintenance across retail stores. You will manage end-to-end store openings, coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, IT, and interior work, and ensure smooth handover to operations.

The role requires 2–5 years in retail fit-outs and facility maintenance, strong vendor coordination, budget tracking, and willingness to travel. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical / Facilities Management.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years handling retail fit-outs, NSO, and facility maintenance.
• Skills: Strong vendor coordination, budget tracking, and willingness to travel. Base Delhi and travelling around.

Role Summary

• Job Title: Project Executive / Sr Project Exec - NSO & Maintenance
• Department: Retail Projects
• Core Focus: End-to-end execution of new store openings and ongoing preventive/Renovation maintenance across existing sites.

Key Responsibilities

New Store Opening (NSO)

• Plan and execute store fit-outs from handover to launch.
• Site execution monitor - Coordinate civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and IT setups.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and daily progress.
• Manage snag lists and ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Materials quality control on site.

Maintenance Operations

• Oversee routine and breakdown renovation maintenance for existing stores.
• Track store issues and ensure fast closure times.
• Conduct regular site audits to check safety and quality standards.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Source and manage contractors, suppliers, and service vendors.
• Vendor coordination of VM & Projects.
• Review quotations, monitor expenses, and control project costs.
• Maintain project documentation, billing records, and status reports

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical / Facilities Management.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years handling retail fit-outs, NSO, and facility maintenance.
• Skills: Strong vendor coordination, budget tracking, and willingness to travel for site visits. Base Delhi and Travelling around.
• Software: Advance Excel,Power point and Autocad (Reading)
• Knowing project management software is a plus.
