Job summary

Avid Organics Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara seeks an Executive / Senior Executive – Projects (Mechanical / Chemical) to drive CAPEX, expansion and installation projects.

You will coordinate across mechanical, chemical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, production and EHS teams, ensuring timely execution and compliance with standards. The role covers equipment selection, vendor coordination, procurement, fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning, plus review of PFDs, P&IDs and drawings.

Qualifications

• CAPEX and plant project execution experience.
• Reviewing drawings, PFDs and P&IDs with technical specs.
• Cross-functional coordination across mechanical, chemical, electrical and other teams.
• Plant commissioning, handover and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute CAPEX, plant expansion, modification, and installation projects.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Production, and EHS teams.
• Handle equipment selection, vendor coordination, procurement, fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Manage contractors, project schedules, budgets, materials, and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and engineering standards.
• Support plant commissioning, trial runs, troubleshooting, and project handover.
• Prepare project progress reports and maintain project documentation.
