More Retail in Coimbatore is seeking an Electrical Project Executive to drive commercial electrical setups and facility management, ensuring electrical, HVAC, and MEP standards are met during fast-paced site rollouts.

You will oversee end-to-end fit-outs, lead on-ground teams, and track projects to meet timelines and safety norms. Freshers with internship exposure in MEP or facility electricals are welcome, with travel across locations required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, QSR, or Facility Management projects.
• Freshers: internships or academic projects related to commercial MEP or facility electrical systems.
• Local market knowledge and regional language fluency required.
• Willingness to travel across project locations.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Execution: Oversee bare-shell to fully functional commercial electrical fit-outs, including LT panels, DBs, wiring, DG sets, and HVAC integration.
• Team Leadership: Direct and manage large ground teams, including technicians, vendors, and AMC contractors.
• Project Tracking: Ensure rapid store/facility rollouts within timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Quality & Maintenance: Conduct site audits, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot electrical faults.

Job Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Electrical Project Executive to drive commercial electrical setups and facility management operations. You will be at the forefront of executing fast-paced site rollouts, ensuring all electrical, HVAC, and MEP standards are flawlessly met.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Execution: Oversee bare-shell to fully functional commercial electrical fit-outs, including LT panels, DBs, wiring, DG sets, and HVAC integration.
• Team Leadership: Efficiently direct and manage large teams on the ground, including technicians, third-party vendors, and AMC contractors.
• Project Tracking: Ensure rapid store/facility rollouts are completed within strict timelines, budgets, and safety compliance standards.
• Quality & Maintenance: Conduct routine site audits, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot complex electrical faults.

What We Are Looking For:

• Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), or Facility Management projects.
• Freshers: Recent graduates must have demonstrated academic projects or internships directly related to commercial MEP execution or facility electrical systems.
• Regional Fit: Local market knowledge and linguistic fluency for the applied region is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
