Job summary

Lenskart in Rajkot, India is seeking a Projects Executive to manage the technical planning, design, and execution of retail store projects, including new store setups, renovations, and maintenance works.

You will ensure safety standards, quality specs, timelines, and budgets while coordinating between builders, vendors, and contractors, and supervising technical staff.

Qualifications

• MBA / B.Arch / Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation and on-site decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Site execution (Installation, Commissioning and Testing) for Electrical Systems.
• HVAC installation, testing & commissioning.
• Interior work (paint, tiling, furniture, trials rooms, civil) of stores.
• Check layout of civil, fixture, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, front elevation and related layouts.
• Coordinate between Builders, Vendors, Contractors and external agencies.
• Monitor progress of works at different stages on site.
• Review project cost reports and implement cost control procedures.
• Manage and supervise technical staff and support staff.
• Vendor management (HVAC, Civil & Interior, Electrical, fixtures).
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports including progress measurement systems and manpower details.
• Check BOM and BOQ.

Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for the to manage the technical planning, design, and execution of retail store projects, including new store setups, renovations, and maintenance works. The Projects executive ensures that all engineering and construction activities, interior fitouts, meet safety standards, quality specifications, timelines, and budget requirements, contributing to the efficient and successful delivery of retail infrastructure.

• Ability take decision for site execution as per site.

Job responsibilities:

• Site execution (Installation, Commissioning and Testing etc.) for Electrical Systems.
