Job summary

Celloraa Energy is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead solar rooftop and commercial/industrial EPC projects. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate resources, supervise site activities, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, robust planning, and the ability to liaise with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and customers to drive successful project completion.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Solar Rooftop or Renewable Energy EPC project execution preferred.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
• 5 to 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Solar Rooftop, commercial & industrial projects.
• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor site activities, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for timely availability of materials.
• Prepare quotation for customers
• Prepare project progress reports and updates for management.
• Ensure smooth project handover and completion documentation.
