Job summary

JAKSON Group in India (Dadri, Uttar Pradesh) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Defence project execution for LT/HT DG sets and acoustic enclosures, including site prep, installation, and alignment. You will supervise testing, commissioning, cabling, earthing and safety checks, while ensuring ATP, QTP, FAT, QAP compliance and timely milestones.

Qualifications

• Min 5 to 10 years of hands-on project management experience in DG sets or defence projects.
• Deep familiarity with LT/HT Panel, diesel fuel systems, exhaust layouts, and electrical schematics.
• Understanding of ATP, QTP, FAT, QAP and related technical documentation within Defence Projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site preparation, safe offloading, positioning, mechanical/electrical installation, and alignment of LT/HT DG sets and acoustic enclosures or Project Management for Defence Projects.
• Supervise no-load and full-load testing, cable laying, terminations, earthing, and statutory safety checks.
• Ensure ATP, QTP, FAT, QAP and Technical Manuals compliance as per Defence Project requirements.
• Manage project schedules, milestone tracking, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), permit-to-work systems, and environmental spill controls.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams
