Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Thane, India seeks an experienced professional for Project Engineering & Commissioning within the System Engineering family. The role involves analyzing order requirements, drafting technical documentation, and coordinating procurement and manufacturing for project solutions.

The candidate will travel to sites for engineering and commissioning, with willingness to relocate and travel globally as required, and bring hands-on experience in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics and communication engineering.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience comprising commissioning / engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 products, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing acquired order requirements and proposing an optimized solution to customer.
• Preparation of technical / engineering documentation for the project and getting approval from the customer.
• Loading factory for procurement and manufacturing of the project solution.
• Open to travel to sites for Engineering & Commissioning.
• Willingness to relocate and travel globally as and when required.
• Hands on experience on Electrical, Control & Instrumentation.
• Contractor / Vendor Management on case to case basis.
• Technical & Process knowledge on Cement / Steel / Electrical substations.

Also, it is important to mention, automation systems are incomplete without the essence of cybersecurity.
