Job summary

Siemens India, Pune-based, seeks an experienced Team Management & support site commissioning engineer for HVAC/BMS projects. You will lead commissioning, design and program HVAC systems, coordinate sites, and ensure on-time handover to clients.

Role requires 7-8 years in HVAC/BMS with strong client communication and readiness to travel across Maharashtra, MP and Gujarat. Based at Pune, with opportunities to impact city-scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in HVAC/BMS commissioning.
• Based in Pune with willingness to travel across Maharashtra, MP & Gujarat.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support site commissioning for HVAC/BMS projects.
• Ensure project timelines and commissioning completion.
• Design, program, simulate and hand over projects.
• Prepare test plans and checklists for HVAC systems.
• Perform quality checks on programs developed by the team.
• On-site testing, commissioning, project coordination and client handover.
• Prepare RFIs and change orders based on site requirements.
• Frequent travel to project locations as required.

• Team Management & support site commissioning engineer
• Controlling & ensuring Project commissioning completion in stipulated timelines.
• Strong communications with customer.
• Supervision and software program development for HVAC systems like Chiller, Air Handling Units, Variable Air Volume Units, Exhaust Fan, Staircase Pressurization fan and miscellaneous systems.
• Making and analyzing the sequence of a project to develop a program.
• Responsible for designing, programing, simulating & successful project handover.
• Preparing a test plan, check off sheet for all HVAC systems.
• Perform quality checks for program developed by team members.
• On site field devices testing, commissioning, project coordination, project management, site

handover, RFI (Request for Information) generation, Change Order Generation based on additional site requirement.

• Remote and on site client support related to HVAC / BMS related systems.
• Frequent travel to respective project locations across Maharashtra, MP & Gujrat
